BKA completed the design for the repositioning of a ‘classic’ single-tenant, 1980’s office building with clever exterior updates and a contemporary amenities package. The priority was to create curb appeal focused on thematic energy. New exterior finishes, lighting and landscaping are designed to ignite a geometric facade with three-dimensional movement.

The renovated interior common areas include a glamorized, 3-story main lobby with soft seating lounge space, various meeting cubes and huddle space and a refurbished gym. An existing full-service kitchen is being eliminated and replaced with a reimagined media lunch/lounge area and adjacent exterior ‘sun spot’.
