47 West Elm Street Apartments

The new West Elm Apartments is Brockton’s first market-rate, downtown multifamily development in over a decade. Important as an urban infill project, it replaces a decades-old condemned 5 story structure, with 4 floors of 44 contemporary 1 and 2 bedroom units and grade level parking. The project is situated in the heart of the city center within two blocks of the downtown commuter rail station.
