Nobadeer Village

Shepherding a 40B cluster development through the strict regulatory hurdles on Nantucket is no day at the beach. Nobadeer Village, a quaint, cottage-style neighborhood near the airport is an example of perseverance and adaptation. BKA worked closely with the Historic Commission for close to two years towards approval of the 44 unit project. Of particular note, all of the building construction was performed modularly in New Hampshire, then trucked and barged over to the island for assembly, a process requiring extreme coordination and attention to detail.
